Clara Mirabent received her BSc in Biology from the University of Barcelona last year. Her collaboration with the ANTIOX research group started with the elaboration of her final degree project, where she studied postharvest treatments in “Bacon” avocados. At the moment, Clara is studying a MSc in Environmental Agrobiology at the University of Barcelona and continues to participate in the group.
